I cannot complete some parts of the application process

Without a complete profile you cannot invest in our portfolios. If any of your details are incomplete, we will not be able to accept your application, specifically: if your personal data is under verification, if your IBAN is under verification, if you are not resident in an eligible country, if you are relocating to a non-eligible country.
