The main principles of the Belgian tax legislation

Belgian taxpayers are subject to several taxes on financial investments:

The tax on dividends.

The tax on capital gains generated by capitalization funds.

• The subscription tax (or tax on securities accounts).

Birdee pays the TOB on your behalf.

All other income must be declared when you file your annual tax return.
